The grounds maintenance company, which has five employees, had its main contract with a locally-based housing association. The contract was established when the company was approached by the housing management informally. Then the inevitable happened: after a decade of working together, the contract was put out to tender.

The result was success for the second time. As a result, the company had grown its contract substantially.
