Consumer reclaim is investigating the complaints lodged in by customers. For this they are going through details of companies such as Smart Energy, Ultimate Energy and Solar Direct UK. All these companies sold systems but are now out of the market due to these allegations.

Guardian Money recently questioned this organization being controlled by the Ministry of Justice, about how a company that has been shut down could be contacted and blamed for the allegations placed a long time ago.

In accordance with this the PPI placed a 30 seconds claim test on their website, which helped to reveal what were the major problems that customers had. This showed that people who paid in cash didn’t have many issues. But, those who didn’t faced a considerable sum of problems.

Almost all the companies that have been put to consideration have been accused to misrepresenting things to customers. Many people are unaware that they can request to have their money back say recent reports. But, many are now on the road to discovery.
