(EstateNewsWire.com, July 17, 2012 ) Dallas TX – The rapid rate of changes in technology has opened the door to an exciting array of opportunities and the United Servicers Association (USA) is committed to helping its members and the entire service industry achieve success by providing educational tools and improving relationships throughout the industry. The Appliance Service Training Institute is going on the road this fall, kicking off the series of appliance repair workshops in Dallas Texas.
In October, the Regional Service Meeting Program (RSM) will go on the road to present their training program at regional levels. The 2012 Fall RSM training program is a series of two-day events that will be held in Dallas Texas and 11 other US cities. The USA has partnered with appliance manufacturers and local parts distributors in each city to provide valuable service, technical and management training.
The training events feature hands-on technical training from appliance manufacturers. Also included is a series of business management topics including internet marketing, calculating the hourly cost of running a service call, flat rate pricing and technician productivity through new technology.
Each event will include 2 meals, discounted sleeping rooms and parking for those who stay overnight. Each day will feature three 4-hour sessions repeated twice each day to allow every technician the opportunity to attend every session or only the ones pertinent to their job.
The first night will feature a round table session for all servicers to discuss current issues and challenges they face today. USA will share proven strategies on improving business and manufacturers will demonstrate current repair techniques associated with their brand.
The registration fee for the RSM events is only $119 and is open to all service companies. Registration also entitles attendees to a first year full membership in United Servicers Association and access to all the benefits of USA.
