(EstateNewsWire.com, June 14, 2012 ) Scotland -- Paul Walker, founder of Walker Sandford Property Management Ltd and his team in Glasgow are making an effort to reach their clients and contractors online through the firms new Blog and their Google+ business page, Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Mr Walker hopes that "going social” will allow for more interaction between his business, employees and his clients.

Paul Walker and his Property Management team have been working with Digital Marketing Consultant Maya Mendoza to develop their social media plan. The team is excited to be jumping into the world of social media and is looking forward to growing their fans and followers in the company's new Facebook, Google+ and Twitter accounts.

Walker Sandford's twitter account is generally used to comment on day to day observations and activities and post links from the company's blog. New Blog posts will be added to the blog at least twice a week and will supplement the company’s efforts on Google+ and Facebook, Walker Sandford will even accept blog requests and will write about topics that readers deem pressing.

Walker Sandford’s Blog is aiming for to be a new resource for clients looking for sound information about property management news, trends and issues.

Future posts will include competitions, results of customer polls and satisfaction surveys. Walker Sandford also intends to use YouTube to showcase the work of a Glasgow property factor, and real video footage of contractors work as they maintain and repair properties.
