The study focuses on how these companies market their products, and how they are able to reach clients and consumers in the most efficient way. As revealed, the most important thing for customers is contactability, where 48% of the agents have stated they have their own website in order to connect with them. With the questionnaires are prospecting methods commonly used in gathering clients such as telemarketing, email, direct mail, and knocking on doors.
In this survey, it is revealed that real-time internet leads already have a bad reputation. Next Wave Marketing Strategies have unraveled that 61% of the respondents state that real time internet insurance leads are overpriced, and 70% said they are sold to too many agents. More than half declared they can’t reach as many prospects as desired and real time lead quality has gotten worse this year.
