(EstateNewsWire.com, June 05, 2012 ) Mukonoso (HYOGO – Japan) June 05, 2012 – by Elena Design Office
On the 31st of May, 2012 “Giapponesi Poverini!” was published. And yes, it is self-publishing.
Since 1995, Lio Giallini, the author, has been living and working in Japan, where he had the opportunity to making up his own mind about the Japanese way of life and the consequences it generates in the business environment and in the lifestyle of the entire community.
This book emphasizes several aspects of uneasiness, typical of the Japanese society and of the mentality developed and embraced by the Japanese citizens, inside firms, organizations, institutions, schools and families.
The Japanese system, applied to the everyday life and to the human relationships, creates a sort of tragicomic reality, unimaginable even to the local population.
There are large amount of situations in which the uneasiness becomes unhappiness. A phenomenon completely overlooked by the Japanese authorities and frequently ignored by the Japanese intellectuals.
The presentation of some paradoxes characteristic of the interactions among people there, is made by samples and by short, true stories, all extremely easy to understand.
Occasionally, most of those true stories might even be funny, perhaps. But, fun is like beauty in this case, completely in the eyes of the beholder.
Please, be aware of the fact that the book, (”Giapponesi Poverini!” di Lio Giallini) is only in Italian language, for the moment.
