This level is referred to as Instructor Status Factory Certification.
Alto-Shaam is a major manufacturer of the finest cook and hold ovens and combination ovens. Alto-Shaam is based in Menominee Falls, Wisconsin and their products are used by many firms in the food service, restaurants, hotels, and related industries such as Krogers, Safeway, Golden Coral, Hiltons, the Hyatt, and countless more. Alto-Shaam has three levels of certification for the repair technicians they train. All also involve exams to pass to achieve the certification. Level one is Basic Factory Service Competency. Level two is Master Level Competency. Level three is Instructor Status Factory Certification.
AAA Appliance Service Center® is Alto-Shaam's representative in the Midwest. AAA℠ has three people at level 3 certification, three people (George, Arturo, and Tom) at level 2 with plans to have them at level 3 by Autumn of 2012, and four people (Jay, Brandon, Alfonso, and Ricky) at level 1.
