 (EMAILWIRE.COM, January 17, 2012 ) Piedmont, NC -- Dressler Construction, the general contracting company quickly making a name for itself in the greater Charlotte area, has announced the commencement of three new commercial construction projects.
Specializing in commercial up-fitting (renovating commercial spaces for new businesses), Dressler has been hired by Zucca Pizza, the Atlanta-based restaurant opening its first Charlotte location at Atherton Mill on South Blvd. Charlotte foodies are already buzzing about the restaurantÂ’s famous Staten Island-thin crust pizza.
Dresser has also contracted with Blu Basil Restaurant in the Cotswold Shopping Center to perform renovations on their existing space, as wells as with Sharon Lakes Inc. for the 4,267 sq. ft. renovation of their office on Shopton Road.
“It’s really exciting to see so many businesses expanding. Up-fitting projects are really meaningful to us, because vacant spaces are being filled. It shows business is doing well, and our clients are able to expand. So much of our work comes from return businesses, and it’s really nice to know we contribute to their growth,” says Philip Dressler, founder and owner of Dressler Construction.
The company is also currently working with Red Bowl Asian Bistro, preparing the space for their much-anticipated Florence, SC location. This will be the fifth time Dressler has partnered Red Bowl. Previous locations include Monroe (NC), Rock Hill, Aiken, and Greenville (SC).
