(AAMG), has announced that machinery equipment manufacturer Franklin-Treefarmer, will be auctioning their assets due to bankruptcy. AAMG, a leader in asset management will be the conductor for the auction while providing both on-site auction services in Franklin, Va and working in conjunction with the leader in online auctions, bidspotter.com. This auction will take place over three days; June 8, 9, and 10.
On the auction block will be over 3,000 lots of various types of machining equipment, including high-end high-end and high-quality inspected machinery which includes a Cincinatti Press Break, Mazak VQC 20/50B, Nomara B 85 SR, and WA Whitney 647, only to name a few. Four commercial properties belonging to Franklin-Treehugger will also be auctioned off. These include two properties in Franklin, Virginia, one with a 190k manufacturing facility on 34 acres and another vacant property downtown sitting on 3.37 acres. Other properties being auctioned is their foundry, located in Independence, Oregon and another property located in Louisberg, North Carolina. Also being sold is the complete parts inventory and intellectual property rights.
