(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 02, 2008 ) Largo, MD – The Prince George’s County Economic Development Corp’s (EDC) International Business Program signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Alexander & Cleaver (A&C). Negotiations were completed at the Annual MACO (Maryland Association of Counties) conference in Ocean City, Maryland, and finalized before a delegation from Tswane, South Africa (formerly Pretoria, South Africa), at EDC headquarters in Largo, Maryland. A&C will offer legal support at a discounted rate to businesses in Prince George's County companies that are engaged in international business transactions and have, or plan to incorporate global business expansion into their business plans.
