This information will be matched to reports to verify and confirm that everything is within the right tolerances for each of these categories.
Investing in apartments is a lucrative business when properly researched and analyzed. The average apartment building is going to appreciate about 5% a year on average over the long term. Income is monthly and a small percentage is based on who moves in or out and the total amount of expenses that must be covered.
