The Detroit Windows company is said to be reviewing acquisition targets that range from relative startups to established small of regional companies. “During our review process, we will be looking at a list of prerequisites that we have established for a good fit. Some of the companies that we are currently reviewing have revenue streams that surpass some competitors by a wide margin, and we see this as a definite positive, adding immediately to our bottom line.”
Detroit Windows expects to report further announcements on the progress of their research and negotiations for business combination in the near future, but the company has not specified a timeline on the completion of a deal.
