(EstateNewsWire.com, February 22, 2013 ) Orlando FL – The Appliance Service Training Institute (ASTI) is an industry event presented by the United Servicers Association (USA). This is the 21st annual appliance convention and has grown in attendance to over 600 independent retail and service business operators, technicians and educators. The 2013 ASTI will be held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center March 6-9, 2013, and will feature a trade show in addition to over 85 educational sessions. Come early for a bonus event on March 5 for an all day Basic Electrical or refrigeration class.
Service managers, appliance repair technicians, retailers with appliance service departments, educators and students attending technical training and companies who provide product and support services to the retail and technical industry will be attending. Appliance manufacturers and service providers will be presenting valuable appliance repair training and information to service technicians.
All appliance repair training sessions, including best practices in customer service, appliance manufacturer service updates and hands-on training, interpersonal skills, financial management, leadership and retail and service business management education will be offered in this in-depth workshop.
Registration includes the entrance fee to the trade show and any of the educational sessions offering a unique opportunity for customized learning and cross-training. Also included are the receptions and awards banquet, breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks.
All appliance repair training classes will be open to participants on a first-come, first-serve basis through easy online registration. Some classes will have less availability than others, so please register early as classes will fill up quickly.
