3. Attach the pictures to the file and email them to Collex.
Within one day, a representative from Collex Collision Experts will contact the customer and provide them with an estimate. These estimates will not be binding, as no estimate is, but they will give the vehicle owner a “ballpark figure” to go by. The customer then decides whether or not to bring their vehicle in to the shop for auto body repair.
