That includes the specialty thermometers and thermostats for commercial pizza ovens. There are thousands of restaurant pizza ovens that use such equipment to regulate the temperature.
With the implementation of the new law, restaurant operators with ovens needing repair are having trouble getting the original equipment manufacturers (an OEM) such as Blodgett, Montague, Imperial, Vulcan Hart, Garland, Southbend, and Bakers Pride to make needed repairs. The thermometer and thermostat parts are listed as no longer available; referred to in the appliance repair industry as NLA.
