For over 30 years Marshall Electronics has been manufacturing high quality audio products for every major studio and recording professional around the globe. “Marshall’s focus with the new multimedia division is to enhance and expand our line of professional products into new markets that will benefit price conscious musicians, pod-casters, digital videographers and other creative digital enthusiasts. The new MXL Multimedia Division will be lead by well-known computer industry veteran Mike Descher. “Mike has helped companies prestigious computer industry giants such as Apple, Adobe Systems and Logitech, Inc. to bring many exciting new products and programs to the computer industry, and we are thrilled with the energy and knowledge of the market he brings to Marshall Electronics.” said Leonard Marshall, CEO.
The new MXL Multimedia Technology Division will make its debut in Hall B, Booth 5994 at the NAMM trade show in Anaheim CA. on January 17th. The first products will be available at most major retail and online stores soon, along with more products being added in time for the NAB and Infocomm shows this spring. “As the digital age has grown over the last few years, customers were faced with the choice of buying inferior sound recording devices at cheap prices, or Professional gear with higher prices than many could not afford.
