(EstateNewsWire.com, October 11, 2012 ) Detroit MI – There are many Michigan real estate investment clubs, but only one that is as easy to join as the Real Estate Investors Roundtable. This group was formed to give local real estate investors and people who service the industry an opportunity to network and learn from each other while establishing positive business relationships.
Michigan real estate investment clubs are a great opportunity for new investors and seasoned developers. The Real Estate Investors Roundtable (http://www.meetup.com/MegaEveningEvent-com/events/85653502/) meets the 3rd Thursday of each month. The club is free to join and open to the public, no license or credentials required; everyone is welcome.
Three local real estate professionals will join a panel of experts to answer questions and provide useful information. Letitia Patterson, realtor and certified foreclosure expert, has spoke at many meetings and members always look forward to hearing her speak. Letitia has helped hundreds of clients purchase commercial and residential investment properties.
Richard J. Sharp, real estate and tax attorney, will join the panel to address legal issues and taxation questions. Richard has a masters degree in taxation and he processes about 500 tax returns, ranging from corporate to personal to both domestic and foreign investors.
The real estate investors panel also welcomes Erika Weichel, a title company agent who has extensive experience working with out of state and even out of country real estate investors. She has earned an incredible reputation for assisting out of area clients and connecting them with a full range of services including incorporating and maximizing investments and sales proceeds.
Michigan real estate investment clubs are a great way to learn the latest investment strategies and techniques from area experts who are successful. Real estate enthusiasts can learn how to work with a realtor, how to find great deals, how to use the MLS and how to get started as a new investor.
