Since nearly 50% of agents fail to follow up properly with the leads they receive, this is one powerful way to stand a head above the competition.
Hartman continues, “There are a lot of creative methods agents can use to produce content that will results in high conversions. Some ideas may consist of the following: weekly list of foreclosures along with a video of the week, bank owned property tours, local neighborhood guide mapping out the area, or real estate marketing video trainings such as purchasing REO’s or conducting a rent to own.”
Next, agents must ensure that the requested information is properly added to a thank you page and/or sent via a follow up email sequence. "This strategy ensures that you immediately build trust with your audience and proves that they can count on you in the future" says Hartman.
