Casey Sloan and his family have alleged in court papers that Glasheen missed the deadline to sue a driver who was found at fault for a car wreck. Glasheen has denied any wrongdoing. Glasheen, a Lubbock attorney, requested a Houston court to transfer Cause Number 2006-80245 to Lubbock and the request was granted.
