(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 30, 2006 ) Phoenix, A.Z. -- Major Dutch Van Kirk, navigator for the Enola Gay, the plane that dropped the first atomic bomb, was a major attraction when he teamed with TMC Pacific Modelworks at the 59th Annual National Business Aviation Association Meeting and Convention held Oct. 17-19 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Major Van Kirk signed hundreds of autographs and was available for photos and interviews. A raffle for a model of the Enola Gay signed by Major Dutch Van Kirk and Enola Gay pilot General Paul Tibbetts was held for attendees. TMC Pacific Modelworks showcased some 40 handcrafted models and also held a drawing for a ride for two on the Liberty Belle B-17 Bomber at the convention, which housed 1,000 exhibitors and featured over 100 aircraft including fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.“The convention was a huge success for our company,” said Graeme Warring, CEO of TMC Pacific Modelworks. “Our models represent military history, so having Major Dutch Van Kirk in our booth was a great honor.
