(EstateNewsWire.com, March 31, 2016 ) London, Greater London -- SDL Sales received a less than perfect feedback report from one of their customers on the Amazon marketplace in the United States. The customer inadvertently placed the Garlic Press on the bottom rack of the dishwasher instead of the top rack. It overheated and melted one of the plastic bits causing it to not fit into it's normal position. The company contacted the customer and replaced the Garlic Press for free.
Customer service is one of the most important parts of a business. If a customer feels that they are being taken care of, there is a good chance that this customer will shop again with the company. SDL Sales would not exist without it's customer base and a company like this, are aware of the value of having satisfied customers. It is also important to point out that customers who are taken care of are likely to recommend the company to their friends.
SDL Sales are also aware that a negative review can be received from time to time. They have no control over the type of reviews that a customer can leave. However, they have full control over how they react to these reviews. Ignoring an issue can be a very costly mistake and a new potential customer can see this as a company not caring. On the flip side it can be an opportunity for a company as they can be judged on how they handled and reacted to the issue as opposed to the issue itself. This is the tactic that SDL Sales feel will work best for them.
A video review of their Garlic Presser can be seen at this link and the product itself can be viewed by clicking here..
